Welcome! I am Tara Ramos and I have been coaching women for over 10 year's to achieve their best physique and optimal health. I love diving deep with each client to find the root of their weight loss struggles to help them achieve their goals.
I am no stranger to over dieting, over training, and ultimately over stressing my body. Now that I have learned the hard way, I can't NOT share how to overcome the struggles.
After fighting through stage four head and neck cancer my passion for helping others live their healthiest, most optimal life, became my MISSION.
My goal is to help overwhelmed moms to achieve balanced hormones, to feel more energized, and to love what they see in the mirror.
So many of us were brought up thinking "eat less and move more." And while that is true to a degree, we often neglect truly nourishing our body with nutrients and fueling it with the proper balance of food. Restricting calories and overdoing cardio and HIIT workouts can lead us to frustration when we don't see the results.
My approach is a whole body approach. We look beyond just nutrition and fitness to really get in there and make true lasting change. As I always say, we aren't doing this for 6 weeks, this is a lifestyle.
